Short, Sweet, and Sweaty Cardio: About 20ish minutes, 0 equipment needed.

Morning Circuit: A quick 15 minute circuit, all you need is a timer!

All-Over Circuit: cardio and some weights, you need a timer and a set of dumbbells (at least 5)
